Short answers to what our private-label partners ask most.
What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
It depends on the product and the type of customisation: printing your logo on an existing product starts with small quantities, while a product with a new mould needs a larger quantity. Send us your details and we will give you an exact minimum.
How long does production take?
Existing products under your brand: usually 3 to 5 weeks after sample approval. A new product with a dedicated mould adds the mould-making time, and we agree a clear schedule with you before starting.
Who owns the mould?
A mould made for your own design and paid for by you is dedicated to you alone. We never use it to produce anything for another customer, and this is stated in the agreement.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send samples of our existing products, and for a custom design we send a first sample for approval before mass production.
Which shipping and delivery terms are available?
We work with the common international terms such as EXW, FOB and CIF, prepare export documents and a certificate of origin, and ship to the port you specify.
